Edward Baniak is the Publisher of Risk & Insurance® and has been with the organization since 1998, making him its longest-tenured team member. In addition to overseeing revenue and strategic partnerships, Ed works across many of the operational, audience and business initiatives that support the R&I brand. He is a graduate of Delaware Valley University with a degree in business. Outside of work, Ed enjoys traveling to incredible destinations thanks in large part to his wife, Nicole, a travel advisor, as well as golfing, fishing and boating. Much of his free time is spent supporting his two high school-aged children and their many activities — from Eva’s soccer and lacrosse games to Eddie’s theater productions and musicals. When the family calendar allows, you can usually find them relaxing in a cove on Lake Wallenpaupack — at least until winter arrives.

Nate Yeagle is Vice President of Sales & Events at Risk & Insurance®, where he leads business development and sales strategy across the organization’s media, advertising and event portfolio. Since joining Risk & Insurance® in 2008, Nate has played a key role in developing strategic partnerships and connecting organizations across the insurance industry with opportunities to engage R&I’s audiences. Prior to joining Risk & Insurance®, Nate held roles in corporate sales, marketing and business development. He earned both his MBA, with a focus in Management, and his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

Kris Kaloupis is Director of Client Services at Risk & Insurance®. She joined Risk & Insurance in 2005 as publisher's assistant and has held various roles since. Currently Kris oversees Project Managers, coordinates all incoming advertising order process and digital ad placements as well as supports daily operations of other RIG departments. Kris graduated with a business administration degree from Arcadia University in 2011.

Kristie Flowers is a Senior Client Project Manager at Risk & Insurance®. She leads the planning and execution of custom content programs and client initiatives, working across client, editorial and creative teams to bring projects from concept through delivery. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Kristie joined Risk & Insurance in 2011 and brings more than 15 years of experience in project management, client service and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to joining R&I, Kristie worked in the banking and data analytics industries. She earned her degree in journalism, with a concentration in advertising, from the University of Maine.

Suzanne Shultz is a Sr. Production Manager at Risk & Insurance. In her role she manages ads for Risk & Insurance and works closely with the editorial and sales staff in all aspects of production for the R&I issues. Suzanne graduated from Lock Haven University with a degree in Journalism.
